Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Deliver operational training to ensure business units meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Deliver a learning experience which meets Emirates Group standards as outlined by the Learning Experience Standards.
- Manage trainee records and assessments in line with the expectations of the Regulatory Compliance and Audit unit guidelines.
- Ensure that all learning solutions are up-to-date and all updates from the business are implemented.
- Maintain subject matter expertise through consistent engagement with relevant business units (coordinated by the Strategic Business Partner and Experience Deployment Lead).
- Maintain regulatory and compliance training records and licenses.
- Engage in opportunities to continually strengthen facilitation skills.
- Apply Experience Analytics and Evaluation guidelines in consistently mapping impact and measurement tools in all solutions.
- Deliver training at outstations when required.
- Keep up to date with trends in learning and instructional techniques.
Desired Candidate Profile
A Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years experience working in a relevant operational field.
Experience in operational training facilitation.
The ability to use initiative and take responsibility with a positive can-do attitude, demonstrating self-motivation, intellectual curiosity, and a commitment to continuous growth.
Strong relationship management and engagement skills, thriving as a collaborative team player who adapts quickly within an agile environment.
An open, flexible, and resilient approach, with the capacity to persevere through challenges while maintaining a positive outlook.
Expertise in facilitation, supported by strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
Digital literacy and advocacy for the digital transformation of the employee experience.
A critical and future-focused mindset, able to challenge the status quo, analyse data to draw meaningful insights, and identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and innovation within your organisational ecosystem.
