Job Responsibilities :

• Coordinating with vessel operators, port authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and safe vessel operations.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and procedures for port operations.
• Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of cargo movements, including bills of lading, cargo manifests, and customs declarations.
• Identifying and resolving issues related to cargo and vessel operations, including delays, damage, and other problems.
• Collaborating with other departments within the company, such as logistics, agency, and customer service teams, to ensure smooth and efficient cargo operations.
