Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. NetSuite Application Support

  • Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle NetSuite users across Finance, Inventory, Sales, Production, and Logistics.

  • Troubleshoot system issues, resolve user queries, and coordinate with IT/Application teams for advanced technical issues.

  • Support continuous optimization of NetSuite processes aligned with business requirements.

2. Master Data Setup & Maintenance

  • Oversee creation, update, validation, and governance of master data in Oracle NetSuite.

  • Manage automotive-specific master data, including:

    • Part numbers and item masters

    • Bills of Materials (BOMs)

    • Vehicle models and configurations

    • Supplier and vendor records

  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all business units.

3. Customization & Configuration

  • Assist with configuration and customization of NetSuite modules, including:

    • Inventory Management

    • Sales & Order Management

    • Logistics & Supply Chain

  • Support customization of forms, workflows, roles, and approval processes based on BU requirements.

4. Data Quality Management

  • Ensure high standards of data quality within NetSuite through:

    • Data validation and cleansing

    • Governance controls and checks

    • Ongoing monitoring of key automotive data (parts, BOMs, vehicle models, inventory)

5. Reporting & Analytics

  • Create, maintain, and enhance Saved Searches, reports, and dashboards.

  • Prepare and distribute operational and management reports, including:

    • Sales performance

    • Inventory levels and aging

    • Production schedules

    • Financial and operational KPIs

  • Customize reports based on business unit needs.

6. System Integration Support

  • Work closely with the IT Application team to support integrations between NetSuite and other systems, including:

    • CRM systems

    • PLM systems

    • Inventory and supply chain software

  • Support NetSuite API-based integrations and data flows between systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

    • Oracle NetSuite certification is mandatory (relevant module or functional certification).

    • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP in a support or functional role.

  • Proficiency in:

    • NetSuite configuration, forms, workflows, and Saved Searches

    • SuiteScript (preferred)

    • SQL or other data management tools

  • Experience developing and supporting NetSuite APIs for system integrations.

  • Strong understanding of data management practices, including data governance, validation, and cleansing.

  • Exposure to CRM, PLM, and automotive-related enterprise systems is highly preferred.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills; able to work effectively with business users and technical teams.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple data sets and priorities.
