Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Organizational Development (OD):
1. Support OD Initiatives:
Assist in the design, development, and implementation of OD strategies, programs, and interventions aligned with business goals.
2. Change Management:
Facilitate change management initiatives by supporting communication plans, training, and stakeholder engagement.
3. Employee Engagement:
Analyze employee feedback surveys, focus groups, and identify trends, and collaborate with HR and leadership to improve engagement and organizational culture.
4. Learning & Development:
identify training needs, support talent development programs, and evaluate learning outcomes.
5. Performance Management Support:
Provide guidance in the execution of performance management systems, including goal setting, appraisals, and competency assessments.
6. Organizational Assessments:
Conduct needs assessments and data analysis to support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness reviews.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
1. End-to-End Recruitment:
Assist in the recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
2. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using sourcing tools, job boards, social media, and networking.
3 Promote the organization s brand to attract top talent by representing the company at job fairs, events, and online platforms.
4 Track and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness) and use data to improve hiring strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development
- 1-2 years of experience in organizational development and recruitment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices and organizational development methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent English command
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Familiarity with Odoo systems, Google Apps, Microsoft, Visio, and recruitment platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills.
