Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Design, implement, and evaluate organizational development initiatives to support business objectives and enhance overall effectiveness.
  • Conduct needs assessments and analyze organizational processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Collaborate with HR and management teams to develop and deliver training programs that foster employee growth and engagement.
  • Facilitate change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions during organizational restructuring or process enhancements.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of development programs, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
  • Support talent management initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for organizational policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of organizational development activities with company goals.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement across all levels of the organization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in organizational development to inform strategic planning.

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in organizational development, human resources, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of organizational development principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making and measure program effectiveness.
  • Experience in designing and facilitating training and development programs.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
