Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Craft and curate bespoke international tour packages, considering client preferences, budget, and destination specifics.
  • Manage end-to-end booking processes, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with international travel suppliers such as airlines, hotels, and local tour operators to secure competitive rates and preferential terms.
  • Provide expert travel advice and destination insights to clients, addressing their queries and concerns with professionalism and accuracy.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management or a related field.
  • Holds relevant certifications in travel and tourism, such as IATA or similar.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 2 years of experience in the outbound travel industry, specializing in international tour operations.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of international destinations, travel products, and booking systems.
