Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily market visits (minimum 20–25 client visits per day)

  • Approach and close deals with:

o Event companies

o Hotels & hotel apartments

o Restaurants & cafés

o Churches & institutions

o Corporate offices

o Wedding planners

  • Generate new B2B clients consistently

  • Achieve minimum sales target

  • Maintain average order value

  • Maintain proper follow-up tracker and daily reporting

  • Coordinate with store and florists for order execution

  • Build long-term client relationships

KPIs (Performance Driven)

  • Sales target

  • New client acquisition

  • Average order value benchmark

  • Conversion ratio from meetings to orders

  • Monthly revenue contribution

Required Skills & Personality

  • Strong communication skills (Hindi/English mandatory, Arabic a plus)

  • Confident personality

  • Fearless in approaching new clients

  • Good negotiation skills
