Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct field visits and networking with potential clients, focusing on lead generation and conversion.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, informing sales strategies.

  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and expense reports, providing insights into sales performance and market trends.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possess a minimum of 2 years of proven outdoor sales or marketing experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to engage with clients effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills to secure deals and build relationships.
