Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. As the Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage outlet, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

  • Manage all aspects of the outlet's operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and financial performance
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue
  • Create and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members to build a high-performing and motivated staff
  • Oversee inventory management, cost control, and budgeting to maximize profitability
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health codes, and company policies
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menu items and promotional offerings
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for staff and guests
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest experiences
  • Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to maintain a competitive edge

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 2 years of experience in F&B management, preferably in a luxury property

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and financial performance
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Highly organized with strong planning and multitasking skills
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on results and continuous improvement
  • Proficient in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems
  • Solid understanding of food and beverage cost control and budgeting
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and health codes
  • Innovative mindset with the ability to create and implement new ideas
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and customer needs
  • International experience is a plus
