Roles & Responsibilities

Steeple Advisors LLC is hiring UAE-based working professionals for a part-time, commission-driven role focused on client introductions and business development. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who already engage with SME owners, founders, or HNI clients and are looking to generate additional income through strategic referrals. This is not a fixed-salary position.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and introduce SME / HNI clients who may require:

    • Business setup & restructuring

    • Financial advisory & FP&A support

    • Corporate structuring & legal documentation support

  • Facilitate introductions between clients and Steeple Advisors

  • Maintain professional relationship continuity where required

Note:
You will NOT be responsible for service execution, compliance work, or delivery. Steeple Advisors handles all client closure and execution.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate Requirements

  • Must be currently based in the UAE

  • Must be a working professional (Accountant, Consultant, PRO, Financial Advisor, Insurance Advisor, etc.)

  • Must have active access to SME / HNI clients

  • Must be available for in-person meetings in Dubai when required

  • Strong professional network within UAE business ecosystem

Compensation

  • Commission-based payouts only

  • High earning potential linked directly to revenue generated
