Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare the doughs, creams, fillings, and other pastry bases.
  • Assist the Head Pastry Chef in daily production.
  • Cook, assemble and decorate the products according to the technical specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and quality standards.
  • Participate in the setup and organization of the laboratory.

  • Good knowledge of pastry and baking techniques.
  • Rigour and respect for manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of HACCP rules (food hygiene and safety).
  • Ability to work in a team in a dynamic environment.
