ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a talented Pastry Chef with a specialisation in pastry arts, a creative eye, and the technical skill to deliver exceptional pastries and desserts to a consistently high standard. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Prepare a wide variety of pastries, cakes, and baked items. Develop and innovate new dessert recipes and seasonal menus. Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation. Manage pastry kitchen operations and inventory. Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
