Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles: sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Develop & implement innovative recruitment strategies, leveraging digital tools for candidate pipelines.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and shape ideal candidate profiles.
- Champion employer branding through recruitment marketing and outreach.
- Promote DE&I principles and inclusive hiring practices.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Assist with preparing employment contracts, letters, and documentation for new hires and exits.
- Support the development and upkeep of HR policies and procedures.
- Respond to general HR queries and coordinate internal employee communications.
- Liaise with operations and finance for onboarding, offboarding, and compliance.
- Support the administration of performance review cycles and training logistics.
- Ensure compliance with employment and data protection laws.
- Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment and HR administration.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication, discretion, and relationship-building abilities.
