Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main responsibilities:
Act as strategic partner to MCO business leaders, coaching and advising on people agenda and business strategy through strategic planning activities
Anticipate and identify business needs and challenges at MCO level, using data insights to advocate for business requirements
Contribute to global strategic activities including workforce and succession planning, talent and leadership development, culture, and diversity & inclusion by providing market and MCO context
Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to shape and tailor global solutions by providing MCO business context and ensuring business needs are met
Support talent acquisition by providing local input for workforce requirements and partnering with TA teams for hiring of senior talent
Drive talent management priorities in alignment with the North Star Talent Strategy, building manager capability in assessing potential and strengthening succession planning
Coordinate and manage business and organizational changes including mergers, divestitures, and new business models in conjunction with other People Business Partners
Promote Sanofi culture and diversity, equity & inclusion by driving programs and initiatives to increase engagement within the MCO
Advise on employee relations matters and act as escalation point for high-profile cases
About you
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of HRBP experience, with multi-country experience or exposure through global projects or assignments preferred
Soft and technical skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities with proven experience in leadership development, compensation, employee relations, culture transformation, and change management; excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions; ability to build strong relationships at all levels and represent People & Culture externally
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
Languages: Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency preferred
