Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

  • Act as strategic partner to MCO business leaders, coaching and advising on people agenda and business strategy through strategic planning activities

  • Anticipate and identify business needs and challenges at MCO level, using data insights to advocate for business requirements

  • Contribute to global strategic activities including workforce and succession planning, talent and leadership development, culture, and diversity & inclusion by providing market and MCO context

  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to shape and tailor global solutions by providing MCO business context and ensuring business needs are met

  • Support talent acquisition by providing local input for workforce requirements and partnering with TA teams for hiring of senior talent

  • Drive talent management priorities in alignment with the North Star Talent Strategy, building manager capability in assessing potential and strengthening succession planning

  • Coordinate and manage business and organizational changes including mergers, divestitures, and new business models in conjunction with other People Business Partners

  • Promote Sanofi culture and diversity, equity & inclusion by driving programs and initiatives to increase engagement within the MCO

  • Advise on employee relations matters and act as escalation point for high-profile cases

About you

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of HRBP experience, with multi-country experience or exposure through global projects or assignments preferred

  • Soft and technical skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities with proven experience in leadership development, compensation, employee relations, culture transformation, and change management; excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions; ability to build strong relationships at all levels and represent People & Culture externally

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred

  • Languages: Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency preferred
