Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- 1. People Data, Systems & Compliance
- Own the accuracy, integrity, and governance of employee data across the HR Information System (NetSuite), ensuring timely updates and data consistency.
- Establish and enforce HR data standards, documentation guidelines, and compliance controls aligned with labor laws and internal policies.
- Lead internal and external HR audits, ensuring readiness, documentation completeness, and timely closure of findings.
- Generate and analyze people operations reports and dashboards to support decision-making and leadership visibility.
- 2. Employee Relations & HR Governance
- Oversee the preparation and issuance of all HR-related documentation, including employment contracts, salary certificates, experience letters, disciplinary actions, and policy communications.
- Ensure all employee communications and documentation are legally compliant, consistent, and aligned with company policies.
- Act as the first escalation point for employee HR-related inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and a professional employee experience.
- Own onboarding and offboarding operations, ensuring a structured, compliant, and smooth employee lifecycle experience.
- 3. Payroll, Compensation & Benefits Operations
- Support payroll preparation and coordination, ensuring accurate inputs related to promotions, bonuses, allowances, deductions, and exits.
- Partner with Finance to ensure payroll timelines, approvals, and controls are met consistently.
- Support annual compensation review cycles and ad-hoc salary changes, ensuring policy compliance and accurate execution.
- Maintain oversight of benefits administration and related employee communications.
- 4. HR Operations Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Design, optimize, and document People Operations processes to ensure scalability, efficiency, and audit readiness.
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in HR operations and lead initiatives to improve workflows, controls, and employee experience.
- Own and contribute to cross-functional HR projects related to performance management, engagement initiatives, and policy implementation.
- Ensure HR documentation, SOPs, and operational guidelines are up to date and consistently applied.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Laws, Business Administration, or a related field.
5 8 years of experience in HR Operations or People Operations, with demonstrated ownership of core HR processes.
Solid understanding of labor law, HR compliance, payroll operations, and employee lifecycle management.
Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (NetSuite or similar); Oracle systems exposure is a plus.
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with high attention to data accuracy.
Proven ability to manage sensitive matters with discretion and sound judgment.
