Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Need Arabic speaker with good english communication skills
Oversee all perfume production processes, ensuring adherence to strict quality control standards and fragrance integrity.
Manage the factory budget, controlling costs, optimizing resource allocation, and achieving production targets efficiently.
Lead and mentor a team of production staff, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting continuous improvement.
Implement and maintain rigorous safety protocols, guaranteeing a secure and compliant working environment for all employees.
Manage inventory of raw materials and finished products, minimizing waste and ensuring timely supply for production.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Holds relevant certifications in production management, quality control, or safety regulations.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 7 years of experience in perfume manufacturing or a similar industry.
- Exhibits a strong track record of successfully managing perfume production facilities.
- Proficient in all aspects of perfume manufacturing, including formulation, blending, and filling processes.
- Has experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO standards.
