Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Our client, a high end footwear company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Founder. The role requires a professional, detail-oriented individual with strong coordination skills and the flexibility to travel frequently to Europe. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive personal and executive support to the Founder. Manage complex calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements (frequent EU travel). Coordinate international travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, visas (if applicable), and itineraries. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Assist with business-related coordination including meetings, supplier communication, and event arrangements. Liaise with internal teams and external partners on behalf of the Founder. Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations. Support during international business trips as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Eastern European nationality preferred (EU travel flexibility required).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Professional, well-presented, and personable.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Flexible and willing to travel frequently to Europe.
  • Experience in retail or fashion industry is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills in English (additional European languages are advantageous).
