Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly organized, reliable, and discreet Personal Assistant / Executive Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the Owner/Director. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing both professional and personal tasks efficiently, including full coordination of local and international travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
•Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules.
•Screen and coordinate household staff, including housemaids (interviews, selection, and basic supervision).
•Plan, book, and manage all travel arrangements (flights, hotels, visas, transportation, and detailed itineraries).
•Handle daily correspondence including emails, phone calls, and messages.
•Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
•Prepare reports, presentations, documents, and meeting minutes.
•Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical).
•Monitor deadlines, track tasks, and ensure timely follow-ups.
•Assist with personal errands and ad hoc tasks as required.
•Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
•Accompany the Director during business trips or meetings when required.

Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
•Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Secretary.
•Proven experience handling end-to-end travel coordination (airline bookings, visas, hotels, transportation).
•Arabic speaking is mandatory
•Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
•Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
•High attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
•Professional, discreet, and presentable personality.
•Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
•UAE driving license is an advantage.
