Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all personnel administration activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
Lead, mentor, and develop the personnel team to achieve departmental objectives and maintain high performance standards.
Coordinate employee onboarding, offboarding, and contract management processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leaves, and personnel files.
Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in collaboration with the finance department.
Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
Develop and implement personnel policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Prepare regular reports on personnel metrics, turnover rates, and compliance status for senior management.
Support internal audits and ensure readiness for external labor inspections.
Collaborate with HR and other departments to support organizational development initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in personnel administration or human resources management.
Proven track record in a managerial or supervisory role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
