Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Personnel Operations & Compliance
- Supervise end-to-end personnel administration across the employee lifecycle (hiring, contracts, probation, transfers, disciplinary actions, and separation).
- Ensure full compliance with Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, and governmental regulations.
- Act as the focal point for labor office and social insurance inspections and audits.
- Ensure correct application of company policies, internal regulations, and disciplinary procedures.
2. Employee Records & Data Management
- Oversee the maintenance of complete, accurate, and confidential employee files (physical and digital).
- Ensure data integrity across HR systems, attendance records, leave balances, and personnel documentation.
- Supervise document archiving and retention in line with legal and company requirements.
3. Team Supervision & Work Management
- Supervise, guide, and review the daily work of Personnel Officers and Specialists.
- Allocate workload, monitor performance, and ensure service level standards are met.
- Provide on-the-job coaching and technical guidance to the team.
4. Attendance, Leave & Disciplinary Administration
- Supervise attendance, shift schedules, overtime records, and leave management.
- Ensure accurate implementation of disciplinary actions and grievance handling processes.
- Support investigations related to employee misconduct in coordination with HR management and Legal.
5. Employee Communication & Support
- Act as a reliable point of contact for employees regarding personnel-related inquiries.
- Provide clear explanations of policies, procedures, and employment conditions.
- Ensure consistent and fair treatment of employees.
6. Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Prepare periodic HR operational reports (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, contracts status).
- Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements in personnel administration.
- Support HR audits and internal control initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Law, or a related field.
- 5 8 years of experience in Personnel / HR Operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or trading environments is preferred.

Know-how
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.

- Interprets regulations and adapts them to operational situations with minimal guidance.
