Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Pilates Manager to oversee the daily operations of a Pilates studio/fitness center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring high-quality client experience, and driving business growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day studio operations and scheduling

  • Lead, train, and supervise Pilates instructors and staff

  • Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction

  • Develop and implement programs to increase memberships and retention

  • Maintain studio standards, hygiene, and safety compliance

  • Monitor performance, revenue, and operational efficiency


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing a Pilates or fitness center

  • Certified Pilates instructor (preferred)

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities

  • Business acumen with a focus on growth and client engagement
