Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and optimize plant layouts to maximize efficiency and minimize operational costs, ensuring a seamless workflow.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machinery and equipment, identifying issues before they escalate into costly breakdowns.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols, ensuring compliance with local regulations and promoting a culture of safety among staff.
- Develop and manage budgets for engineering projects, ensuring all expenditures align with financial constraints while achieving quality outcomes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering, or a related field, demonstrating foundational technical knowledge.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, showcasing hands-on expertise.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred, establishing credibility and commitment to the profession.
- Experience with CAD software and other engineering design tools, indicating proficiency in creating and modifying technical drawings.
