Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end sales lifecycle including opportunity identification, qualification, solutioning, and deal closure
- Manage large, complex, multi-million-dollar deals across global clients
- Develop and execute account and client engagement strategies to expand business opportunities
- Lead proposal development, RFP responses, and deal shaping activities
- Apply design thinking methodologies to craft tailored Data, Analytics & AI solutions
- Own pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue targets
- Conduct competitive positioning and market analysis
- Develop commercial models, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including consulting, delivery, and engineering
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong expertise in Data & Analytics, AI/ML, and Cloud platforms
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Knowledge of financial modeling and contract management
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with design thinking and solution-based selling
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree (MBA or equivalent preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in IT Services / Consulting with focus on Data, Analytics & AI
- Proven track record in sales, deal closure, and revenue growth
- Experience handling global, large-scale engagements
