After expanding across Europe and the UK, Big Mamma is now heading to the United Arab Emirates. We re growing in an increasingly international and dynamic context, and we re ready to open in the heart of Dubai.

We are looking for passionate, driven Prep Kitchen ready to join our new team for this exciting adventure.

For our BIG TEAMS in Dubai, we re looking for the very best Prep Kitchen

YOUR MISSION:

• You will be part of a BIG MAMMA kitchen team!
• You will be responsible for completing food preparation across various sections of the kitchen before and throughout the service.
• You will be working closely with chefs and follow their instructions.
• You will be opening and closing the kitchen with the team.
• You will respect health & safety standards and maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen.
• You will spread magic and make our customers live the best moment of their day!
• You will embody Big Mamma values: have a warm, smiling, professional attitude towards the customers, help your colleagues during service and demonstrate a "problem solver" attitude.
  
  
  

YOUR SKILLS:

• Big Smile and passion for Italian food!
• Great energy, proactive attitude and team spirit
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Previous experience as a Kitchen Assistant / Prep chef is a bonus
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
