Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Public Relations / Government Liaison
Manage all visa, work permit, Emirates ID, and residency applications, renewals, and cancellations for employees and dependents in the UAE.
Liaise with government entities (MOHRE, GDRFA, Immigration, Free Zones, DED, etc.) to ensure compliance with local regulations.
Handle company licensing, trade name renewals, and labour card processing in coordination with the legal and finance departments.
Maintain accurate records of all government-related transactions and ensure timely renewals to avoid penalties.
Keep up-to-date with changes in UAE and regional labour and immigration laws and communicate relevant updates to management.
Represent the company in official meetings or visits to ministries and other authorities when required.
HR Administration (Middle East Support)
Support HR in onboarding and offboarding processes, including document collection, visa coordination, and induction scheduling.
Assist with employment contracts, letters, and HR documentation for regional offices (GCC countries as applicable).
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and databases
Coordinate with regional HR teams to ensure policy compliance and alignment with local labor laws.
General Administration
Manage document attestation, translation, and legalization as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a PRO in the UAE.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor law, immigration procedures, and government portals (MOHRE, GDRFA, ICA, etc.).
- Familiarity with HR practices in GCC/Middle East countries is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written preferred).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR information systems.
