Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle legal documents, trade license renewals, and regulatory compliance

  • Track government transactions and document expiries
  • Represent the company in government visits and official correspondence
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management
  • Prepare HR letters (salary certificates, NOCs, employment letters)
  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and HR trackers
  • Coordinate with medical insurance providers and assist recruitment logistics

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Experience as a PRO in the UAE (minimum 2 years preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of labor law, visa procedures, and government portals
  • Bilingual: Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of organization, accuracy, and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Valid UAE Driving License
