About the role:

• Lead process improvement initiatives across data center operations, identifying bottlenecks and driving measurable efficiency gains
• Champion automation through platforms like Pega to minimise manual work and improve scalability
• Establish and maintain Business Process Management frameworks to ensure consistency and compliance
• Redesign workflows in line with business objectives, driving cost-effective, scalable operations
• Use tools such as ARIS to analyse and monitor processes, enabling data-driven decision making
• Collaborate with teams across IT, operations, and business units to align initiatives with strategic goals
• Ensure adherence to governance and compliance standards across all process transformation efforts
• Develop and implement change management and training strategies to support adoption of new processes

About you:

• At least 5 years of experience in process excellence, automation, and operational improvement, within data center sector
• Proven expertise in BPA, BPM, and BPR with a track record of delivering impactful change
• Proficient in process tools including Pega and ARIS
• Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies
• Skilled in analysing complex problems, generating insights, and driving decisions
• Confident communicator and collaborator with strong stakeholder management experience
• Experience in data center operations is a must
