Responsibilities:

• Prepare purchase orders.
• Follow up with the supplier for the packing and deliver schedule of the goods.
• Request shipping quotations from three different forwarders for every available shipment.
• Ensure that all shipping documents are sent to clearing agency.
• Coordinate with the regulatory affairs department for MOH approval.
• Inform the warehouse about the exact arrival date of all shipped orders, provide them with the redacted invoice & packing list.
• Assign/update net prices and selling price.
• Archive all docs related to each purchase orders.
• Conduct the received shipments check, make sure the received goods are compatible with the suppliers invoice and confirm if any discrepancy
• Closing each purchase order after confirming costs and payment with the accounting department.
• Perform other duties as assigned
