Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development & Strategy:
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for HPI products in East & West Africa.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Vendor & Partner Management:
• Maintain strong relationships with HPI and channel partners.
• Negotiate pricing, rebates, and marketing support with vendors.
• Sales Enablement:
• Support regional sales teams with product knowledge, pricing, and promotions.
• Conduct training sessions for partners and internal teams.
• Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination:
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Work closely with logistics teams to optimize distribution efficiency.
• Market Analysis & Reporting:
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Prepare regular business performance reports and forecasts.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in IT distribution or product management, preferably with HPI or similar brands.
• Strong understanding of African IT distribution landscape.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel
• Ability to travel across East & West Africa as required.
