Roles & Responsibilities

About the role:

  • Own the discovery, definition and delivery of new features across the workflow automation platform, from initial brief through to production release
  • Work directly with customers to understand pain points, validate ideas and ensure the product continues to solve real problems at scale
  • Partner with engineering and design to ship high-quality features quickly, maintaining a high bar for user experience and technical execution
  • Define and track product metrics that matter, using data to inform decisions and demonstrate impact
  • Contribute to roadmap planning and prioritisation, balancing short-term delivery with long-term product vision
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, customer success and leadership to ensure new features land well and drive commercial outcomes

About you:

  • 3 to 5 years of product management experience, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of owning and shipping features that have made a measurable difference to users and the business
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment where priorities shift and ambiguity is part of the job
  • Strong discovery and research skills, with the ability to turn customer insight into clear, actionable product decisions
  • Data-literate, with experience defining success metrics and using analytics to guide prioritisation
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to align stakeholders across engineering, commercial and leadership teams
  • Experience with workflow automation, operational tooling or process management software is a plus
