Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Assist daily processing operations to maintain smooth workflow
  • Support production team to meet Farm Fresh quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all work areas
  • Store tools and equipment properly
  • Help move raw materials and finished products on the processing floor
  • Support machine operators by supplying materials
  • Monitor inventory and ensure material availability
  • Follow safety procedures and report hazards immediately
  • Assist with packaging, labeling, and shipment preparation
  • Check equipment and report issues to the supervisor
  • Support routine maintenance tasks as required

Desired Candidate Profile


  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Prior experience in a food production environment, specifically salt and spices, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety regulations is essential.
  • Ability to read and interpret production schedules, recipes, and safety guidelines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measuring ingredients and performing quality checks.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting issues and collaborating with colleagues.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
