Production Manager Aluminum Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and monitor production schedules to meet customer deadlines, quality standards, and output targets.
• Oversee all manufacturing activities including aluminum extrusion, casting, fabrication, and finishing operations.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, maximize yield, and reduce defects and material waste.
• Manage daily operations of production staff, including task allocation, training, performance monitoring, and discipline.
• Ensure preventive maintenance programs are implemented to minimize machine downtime and production disruptions.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental policies across the production facility.
• Manage raw materials, inventory levels, manpower, and resources to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and quality teams to align production plans with material availability and project requirements.
• Monitor production performance and prepare operational reports for management.
• Implement continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Metallurgical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 10 years of experience in aluminum or metal fabrication manufacturing.
• Strong technical knowledge of aluminum manufacturing processes such as extrusion, casting, anodizing, and fabrication.
• Proven experience managing production teams and large-scale manufacturing operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and production reporting tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets within budget and timelines.
• Arabic nationality and Arabic-speaking (mandatory).
• Experience in implementing lean manufacturing and waste reduction practices is an advantage.
