As a Program Director, you will play a crucial hands-on role leading enterprise-scale IT solution programs overseeing every stage from strategic planning and budgeting through to delivery, reporting, and stakeholder alignment. The Program Director will demonstrate exceptional client-facing leadership, with full responsibility for the successful implementation and governance of concurrent, business-critical programs/projects. The Program Director will work closely with internal and client teams, managing resources, timelines, risks, and budgets across large-scale programs. As part of a broader regional growth strategy, the Program Director will be key to driving operational excellence and scalable delivery capability in a high-impact environment. As Program Director, you will need a consultative, adaptable mindset, and the leadership maturity to integrate into a dynamic company culture, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Skills as Program Director:

• 10+ years of experience in program management or delivery leadership across complex IT solution environments.
• Strong track record in strategic planning, delivery design, and end-to-end implementation oversight.
• Deep experience in managing resources, workstreams, and multi-million-dollar program budgets.
• Proven ability to manage and report on program performance, risks, issues, and governance to C-level stakeholders.
• Excellent client-facing communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence across consulting, engineering, and business teams with a delivery-first mindset.
• High emotional intelligence, commercial acumen, and the agility to operate in fast-changing, high-growth settings.
