Project Engineer Trainee

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Engineer Trainee to join our team!
In this role, you will support the Project Team by assisting with engineering coordination, site supervision, reporting, and daily project activities across various project phases.

What You ll Be Doing:

• Supports site supervision activities and monitors daily site progress.

• Follows up with internal and external stakeholders to support project coordination.

• Prepares weekly progress and status reports.

• Ensures Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures are fully complied with on site.

• Assists in preparing technical presentations and project documentation.

• Supports the Project Manager with daily project-related tasks.

• Conducts daily site visits as required to monitor activities and identify issues.

• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

What Required Skills You ll Bring:

• Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering.

• Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

• Proficiency in the English language (written and spoken).

• Working knowledge of engineering software and tools (e.g., CAD, MS Office, Primavera P6).

What Desired Skills You ll Bring:

• Experience or exposure to data collection and technical analysis.

• Basic understanding of cost estimation and quantity surveying.

• Willingness to learn and develop within a project-based environment.
