Roles & Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities

Board & Committee Coordination

  • Support the organization of Board and Committee meetings across Dubai Chambers, Subsidiary Chambers, Advisory Councils, and Committees.
  • Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and circulation of agendas and meeting materials in line with governance protocols.

Documentation & Records

  • Prepare, proofread, and format meeting packs, briefing notes, and draft minutes under the Manager s direction.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases of board and committee documentation, ensuring compliance with archival and governance standards.

Follow-Up & Tracking

  • Monitor and track implementation of board and committee decisions, coordinating with relevant departments for updates.
  • Prepare status reports for the Manager Board Secretariat on follow-up actions and outstanding issues.

Stakeholder Liaison

  • Act as a point of contact between the Board Secretariat and internal departments, ensuring timely responses to information requests.
  • Support communications with external partners, advisory council members, and stakeholders as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor s degree in business administration, Public Administration, Communication, Law, or a related field.

Minimum Experience and Skills

  • 4 7 years of experience in corporate governance, project coordination, corporate affairs, or stakeholder management.
  • Prior exposure to board secretariat work, corporate governance, or executive support is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Excellent knowledge in MS applications
  • Skilled in drafting, editing, and formatting official documentation (minutes, agendas, reports).
  • Knowledge of governance frameworks and secretariat processes (advantageous).
  • High command of English (spoken and written) and Arabic is preferable
