Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work closely on company's exclusive projects in JVC, Al Furjan, Dubailand.

  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to provide clients with accurate property valuations and investment opportunities.

  • Guide clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process, ensuring they are informed at every step.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences.

  • Company provides compelling property listings using high-quality photography and engaging descriptions to attract potential buyers.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred to ensure a solid foundation in industry fundamentals.

  • Real estate certification or license is mandatory, showcasing your commitment to professionalism and legal standards.

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in property consulting or real estate sales, proving your ability to navigate complex transactions.

  • Local market knowledge is crucial, with a preference for candidates familiar with the specific neighborhoods and trends.
