Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Sales Manager oversees and drives the performance of the Secondary Market, Rental, and Commercial Property divisions. This role is responsible for leading the sales team, achieving revenue targets, expanding market presence, and ensuring exceptional client service across all segments.


Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Leadership & Performance

  • Lead, motivate, and manage agents across secondary, rental, and commercial departments.
  • Set monthly and quarterly sales targets and ensure consistent achievement.
  • Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.

2. Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities in the secondary, rental, and commercial markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property owners, investors, and corporate clients.
  • Expand the company’s property inventory through active prospecting and networking.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

3. Operations & Process Management

  • Oversee listing quality, pricing strategies, and market positioning of all properties.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with RERA, company policies, and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate with marketing to enhance property exposure and lead generation.
  • Review and approve property listings, offers, and negotiation strategies.

4. Client Relationship Management

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across all segments.
  • Resolve escalated client concerns and support agents in closing complex deals.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with key clients and corporate accounts.

5. Market Analysis & Reporting

  • Conduct regular market research to stay updated on trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
  • Recommend improvements to sales processes, team structure, and market approach.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Property Consultant in Dubai real estate.
  • Strong knowledge of secondary sales, rentals, and commercial property markets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • RERA certification (preferred).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong network of landlords, investors, and corporate clients is an advantage.
