Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals based on client requirements and project specifications.
  • Review and interpret structural drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, and project teams) to gather necessary information for proposals.
  • Conduct site visits to meet clients, understand site conditions, and clarify technical requirements.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors for different scopes if required.
  • Maintain and update proposal records and client databases using MS Excel and Access.
  • Ensure timely submission of proposals and accurate documentation of client communications.
  • Support management in developing bidding strategies and improving proposal processes.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
  • 2–5 years UAE experience in proposal or estimation roles.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access).
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Fast learner with attention to detail.
  • Valid UAE driver’s license.
