Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Proposition & Pricing Manager to join our digital telco brand during its critical pre-launch phase. This high-visibility, B2C role will be central to defining compelling value propositions and developing pricing strategies that establish strong competitive differentiation and drive commercial success in the market.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial, the successful candidate will leverage extensive telecom and digital product expertise, possess a deep understanding of customer lifecycles, and excel in translating market insights and customer behaviors into innovative, commercially robust propositions that maximize growth and retention.
What you ll be responsible for:
Partner closely with the Product Lead to define, implement, and monitor critical success metrics, ensuring accurate data infrastructure and measurement frameworks are in place ahead of launch
Support the Head of Commercial in designing and implementing strategies focused on customer acquisition, engagement, usage enhancement, and retention with a customer-centric approach
Regularly keep abreast of competitor actions and market developments (including pricing adjustments, new products / services / features), conducting comprehensive market and competitor analysis to identify baseline market requirements and opportunities for strategic differentiation
Continuously track and analyze commercial performance metrics, such as ARPU, churn, engagement, and ROI, and deliver insightful reports and actionable recommendations to senior leadership
Communicate complex insights and recommendations clearly and effectively to cross-functional teams to drive informed decision-making
Influence and contribute to ongoing refinement of product features, user experiences, and customer engagement strategies aligned with evolving market dynamics and business goals
What we re looking for:
10+ years experience in product management, pricing strategy, analytics, or commercial intelligence, ideally within telecom, digital consumer products, or subscription-based services
Strong command of telecom and digital engagement KPIs, including ARPU, MRR, MAU, DAU, churn, NPS, and CSAT
Advanced analytical skills with expert-level proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas) and SQL querying for data extraction and analysis
Proven track record translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that enhance product-market fit and commercial performance
Hands-on experience in B2C digital product environments, with deep understanding of customer lifecycles and pricing levers; digital telco experience is highly preferred
Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence diverse teams and senior leaders
Experience working in or knowledge of the MENA region market dynamics and customer behavior is strongly preferred
