Project Summary

We are recruiting for redeployment project for the Baleine Field in C te d Ivoire. Altera Infrastructure has been selected by Eni and its partner Petroci for using the Voyageur Spirit on Baleine Field in C te d Ivoire.

The Voyageur Spirit will undergo upgrade and life extension work in Dubai, to be ready for a firm operating period of 15 years on Baleine.

Role Summary

Manage the Commissioning Permit to Work System.

Accountabilities

Prepares the necessary Commissioning PTW training for the personnel at the JSPL Shipyard(s).

Assists users in the preparation of their Commissioning PTWs.

Verifies that the scope of work is clearly defined on all PTW applications.

Maintains the Electrical and Process / Mechanical isolation registers. Controls the Lock-out Tag-out (LOTO) cabinets and lock-out boxes.

Ensures any construction work or re-work in commissioning controlled areas is covered by a Commissioning PTW as well as Mechanical and Electrical isolation certificates if required.

Verifies that all isolation, safety requirements and precautions, support drawings and documents are specified on each PTW application.

Verifies that PTW applicants understand their work scope, safety requirements and precautions through random participation in toolbox talks.

Checks for conflicts, creating potential hazardous situations, between PTW applications ie monitor / check any conflicting work scopes between JSPL Site Acceptance PTW s and OOGTK Commissioning PTW s.

Reviews and subsequently submit the PTW applications to the daily meetings. Administers the PTW office.

Maintains a register of systems, sub-systems, areas which have been subject to LUN and are considered Commissioning Controlled Areas

Administers the access register to the Commissioning Controlled areas .

Maintains accurate registers of the scope and status of all issued Commissioning PTWs .

Archives the completed PTWs for the Commissioning activities.

Liaises directly with the persons concerned with on the PTW system issues and report for such issues to the JSPL Management

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

National recognized Safety qualification/ Diploma in associated Safety Discipline

10 + years e x perience in similar role

Proactive attitude towards safe working requirements

Min 5years experience from Asian/Middle East shipyard

Experience from min 3x FPSO conversion/FPSO redeployment

Min 5years in identical position

English fluently verbal and writing

Experienced procedure writing
