Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Full PRO support for clients in registering companies in the UAE (free zone and mainland): data collection, preparation and submission of document packages, support until the final documents are received;
Support for bank account opening processes: preparation of document packages, communication with the bank, organization of meetings, monitoring of statuses and deadlines;
Visa processing and support: work visas, Golden Visas, as well as other visa categories (depending on the client's profile/case);
Organizing and accompanying clients during medical examinations and biometrics (fingerprinting): scheduling, logistics, monitoring results/readiness statuses;
Supporting projects for opening trusts and registering foundations (coordinating packages, interacting with the registrar/contractors, monitoring deadlines);
Drafting corporate documents required for registration activities (applications, letters, forms, resolutions/consents, etc.);
Interacting with government agencies and systems (for relevant cases), monitoring statuses, providing reports to the team and the client.
Desired Candidate Profile
We consider candidates with or without legal education, provided they have relevant experience, fluent English, and are ready to handle cases end-to-end. The candidate must be located in Dubai. Conditions: Salary: AED 9,000–13,000 (based on interview results and level of experience); Format: office/field work (Dubai), full-time employment.
