Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities Handle employment, residence, visit visas, and visa cancellations Process work permits, labor cards, and contracts through MOHRE Manage immigration services via GDRFA / ICP portals Process Emirates ID applications, renewals, and cancellations Coordinate medical tests, biometrics, and typing center submissions Handle company documentation such as trade license renewal, establishment cards, and quotas Liaise with government departments, Free Zones, and external service providers Track visa and document expiry dates and ensure timely renewals Maintain accurate records of employee and company documents Ensure compliance with UAE labor and immigration laws
Desired Candidate Profile
We are seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all UAE government-related services, including visa processing, labor and immigration matters, and coordination with relevant authorities. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of UAE PRO experience and strong knowledge of local regulations and procedures.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, visa, and immigration processes Hands-on experience with MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, and Free Zone systems Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage) UAE driving license (preferred)
