Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Source, negotiate, and purchase food & beverage products.

  • Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure timely deliveries.

  • Monitor inventory and coordinate with kitchen/bar teams.

  • Optimize costs while ensuring quality standards.

  • Prepare purchase reports and assist in budget planning.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of F&B purchasing experience.

  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills.

  • Knowledge of F&B products, seasonal availability, and cost control.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory systems.

  • Available to join within 1 week.
