Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Source, negotiate, and purchase food & beverage products.
Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure timely deliveries.
Monitor inventory and coordinate with kitchen/bar teams.
Optimize costs while ensuring quality standards.
Prepare purchase reports and assist in budget planning.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years of F&B purchasing experience.
Strong negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills.
Knowledge of F&B products, seasonal availability, and cost control.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory systems.
Available to join within 1 week.
