QA/QC Engineer

Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Construct a New Tank Farm , pump house, Substation and integration into existing terminal and jetty lines and interconnection within existing facility.

Education: Mechanical or Production Engineer, already familiar with the role as a QA/QC Engineer

Project duration of approximately 24 months:

• The candidate should have experience as an Inspection and Quality Assurance Engineer with a reputed inspection house, third party inspection agency or a large EPC contracting company.

• The company Quality Assurance Manager is the representative of the project and has the responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of the quality management system.

• Monitor all quality related activities of the project. Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals.

• Attend EPC quality management meetings. Follow u and check the preparation and control of project quality system management documentation of the EPC prior to project commencement.

• Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements.

• Monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports.

• Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the site QC Inspectors / engineers.

• Coordinate all quality related correspondence with the EPC representatives.

• Action and close all quality complaints towards EPC.

• Control and accumulate all documentation upon the completion of the project.

• Mandatory that the candidate has proficiency in the standard MS office applications, as well as exposure to design aspects and knowledge of MS project.
