QC – Engineer – AHU, FHU FAISAL JASSIM TRADING CO. L.L.C.

Quality Assurance:

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance plans and procedures for AHU manufacturing processes.

• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify and rectify quality issues.

• Monitor key quality metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain quality standards.

  Quality Control:

• Oversee incoming material inspection and outgoing product testing to ensure compliance with specifications.

• Conduct root cause analysis of quality failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Manage non-conforming materials and products, ensuring proper disposition and documentation.

• Participate in failure analysis investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

  Process Improvement:

• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and quality.

• Lead and participate in Lean Six Sigma initiatives to reduce defects and waste.

• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to develop and implement quality control plans for new products.
