Roles & Responsibilities


The R&D Technician will support research, development, and optimization of wheat, grain, and flour-based products within a milling and food manufacturing environment. The role focuses on product innovation, quality improvement, process efficiency, and raw material evaluation, including sourcing trials from local and international suppliers.

The ideal candidate should have experience in wheat/grain milling, flour processing, or a closely related food manufacturing industry.

Desired Candidate Profile


  1. Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Grain Science, Milling Technology, Food Science, or related field.

  2. 2–5 years of experience in wheat milling, flour production, grain processing, or similar FMCG food manufacturing industry.

  3. Strong understanding of wheat quality parameters and milling processes.
