RAK Hospitality Holding has three subsidiaries, which are RAK National Hotels managing a range of hotels and spas in Emirates, and Hakaya Collection, managing food and beverage outlets. The third one is RAK Hospitality Asset Management, the asset management arm of RAK Hospitality Holding. With this, company also expands its portfolio and functions as an asset manager, facilities manager, and adviser for food and beverage outlets, third party-owned hotels, retail shops as well as other leisure services. Considering Emiratization, RAK Hospitality Holding is also foraying into oil & gas, tourism and industrial innovation industries.
