Job Description:

Bosporus Real Estate L.L.C. is seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a strong drive to succeed. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized service.
  • Conduct property viewings, answer client inquiries, and offer expert advice on market conditions and property values.
• Property Listings and Marketing:
  • List and market properties for sale or rent, utilizing various platforms and marketing strategies.
  • Create compelling property descriptions and take high-quality photos to attract potential buyers or renters.
• Negotiation and Transaction Management:
  • Negotiate offers and counteroffers to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Manage all aspects of the property transaction process, including preparing contracts, coordinating inspections, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Market Research and Analysis:
  • Stay updated on current market trends, property values, and industry best practices.
  • Provide clients with comprehensive market analysis and insights to help them make informed decisions.
• Networking and Business Development:
  • Attend industry events, open houses, and networking opportunities to build a strong professional network.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including referrals, advertising, and cold calling.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using real estate software and online platforms.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
