Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage property listings and client inquiries.
  • Conduct market research and property evaluations.
  • Arrange property viewings and follow up with clients.
  • Negotiate sales and rental agreements.
  • Maintain client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
  • Meet monthly sales and revenue targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 0–5 years of experience in real estate sales, leasing, or property consulting within the UAE/Gulf region.
  • Strong understanding of the local property market, current trends, and legal regulations.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
  • Professional appearance and confident personality with a client-focused attitude.
  • RERA certification is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of Arabic or other languages will be a plus.
