Role Description Winstone Projects Real Estate LLC is expanding! We are looking for enthusiastic, driven, and confident Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for both freshers and experienced agents, especially those passionate about Dubai’s thriving off-plan market.

Desired Candidate Profile

What You'll Do?

  • Promote and sell off-plan and ready properties

  • Generate and nurture leads through cold calling & networking

  • Build and maintain client relationships

  • Create basic content for social media (recording content is mandatory)

  • Stay updated on Dubai’s property market trends

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum)

  • English fluency required; additional languages are a plus

  • UAE driving license & car – advantage but not mandatory

  • Broker ID & UAE real estate experience – added advantage

  • Strong communication skills & confidence Comfortable recording video content for marketing

  • No CRM experience required — we’ll train you
